Develop awareness in your work, relationships and life
Led by Lori Schwanbeck and Mark Coleman
Imagine living with a mindful presence in everything that you do – one that helps you reduce stress, increase focus and live a more balanced, happier life. This facilitated weekly group will provide practical experiential tools to realize these goals as we put mindfulness principles into practice.
Making Mindfulness Work will allow you to:
- Enhance focus and mental clarity
- Communicate effectively
- Access peace and well being
- Cultivate emotional intelligence
- Develop compassionate awareness
We will draw from the practice of mindfulness, emotional and social intelligence skills, and the science research on the effectiveness of mindfulness. Guided meditation practice, interactive exercises, body awareness and self-inquiry will be used to make mindfulness work in your personal and professional life.
This group is open to people wanting to learn about mindfulness and also those with some experience with mindfulness practice who wish to receive guidance and skills in embodying and living with mindful presence.
